Our church is experiencing growth and we're in need of a part-time Student Pastor (6th-12th Grade). (see below for description PDF).
Student Pastor Job Description
- Lead church’s efforts of ministering to 6th through 12th grade students
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for Student Ministry including weekly large group gatherings, Sunday School classes and monthly group outings.
- Manage all student ministry events and activities
- Recruit, Equip and Empower new volunteers for student ministry
- Get students plugged in to serve on Sundays
- Serve as “ex officio” member on the Board of Christian Education

Qualifications
- Ideal candidate is a spiritually mature Christian with a passion for sharing the gospel with Middle and High School age students
- A commitment to the mission of the church and track record of effective ministry.
- A lifestyle congruent with the biblical requirements for leadership within the church
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Ideal Candidate is attending/has attended a Bible/Christian College or University
Reporting Structure
- Student Pastor would report to Lead Pastor
